• 1 coco seco o una taza de leche de coco
• 3 tazas de harina de trigo
• 2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear

Si usas coco fresco raya el coco y mezcla con una taza de agua. exprime para obtener aproximadamente una taza de leche de coco. mezcla la harina, coco, sal y polvo de hornear. en una superficie limpia enharinada amasa hasta obtener una masa brillante y elastica. ajusta la harina o agua si fuese necesario. divide la masa en cuatro y moldea cuatro bolas. aplastalas hasta convertirlas en disco de cerca de 8 pulgadas 18 cms. de circunfencia. Haz algunos hoyos con un tenedor
unta una plancha de hornear con aceite y enharina. Hornea el pan por 10 15 minutos. consume el mismo dia
