La Bolsa se comporta loca, loca, loca... o no tanto

La Bolsa arrancó la semana con una sesión de libro que se irá ajustando a la realidad con el paso de los días. Si el pasado viernes parecía que se hundía el capitalismo, lo cual carecía de fundamento; tampoco ha salido del infierno tras la sesión de ayer. Los mercados de valores sobrerreaccionan a estímulos extraordinarios como los que vivimos estos últimos tiempos, sin por ello marcar una trayectoria definida. Cotizan expectativas diversas y contradictorias.
Tras el estirón de ayer los valores principales del IBEX se han quedado a mitad de camino entre los máximos y los mínimos de los últimos doce meses. Aparentemente los mercados parecen enloquecidos pero la tendencia de fondo no es más sólida de lo que parece, entre otras razones porque no pocas empresas han hecho los deberes, se adaptaron a la recesión con habilidad y ahora vislumbran una recuperación, siquiera parcial.
Lo que no está tan claro es la eficacia de las políticas macro, la consecución de objetivos de estabilidad de precios y de crecimiento sostenido, así como de normalización del crédito que es condición necesaria para consolidar la recuperación.
Las decisiones adoptadas con nocturnidad y festividad en la Unión Europea requieren explicaciones amplias y pruebas efectivas de operatividad, lo cual requiere tiempo.

Para entender todo esto es necesario reflexionar sobre una frase emblemática del Señor Urbaneja que mencionó en Punto Radio: "y qué tiene que ver el crecimiento con la deuda". Ésa es la frase. Yo, desde que la he interiorizado, ya lo entiendo todo. Completamente.

Pero eso no quiere decir que sea ajena a la realidad, a la crsiis, incluiso que sea causante de buena parte de esa crsisi. Copi, es adependencia d epocos valores, en el caso español cinco, se repite en otras bolsas; menos en la norteamreircana. Pero compare la bolsa espoañola con cualquiera d elas europeas y verá que e seficiente. La crsisi es dura, pero no perdamos el suelo.
