Qué hacemos en ABC.es: Sal y pimienta
Una semana más, a través de este blog pretendo descubriros algunos contenidos muy interesantes que podéis encontrar en ABC.es, y serviros así de “sherpa” en este gran medio en el que en ocasiones el trabajo se pierde en la maraña del ruido informativo. Desde hace meses, en Sal y pimienta nuestros usuarios están aportando los ingredientes necesarios para crear una de las comunidades más activas en la red comentando y añadiendo recetas y trucos de cocina. Chifón, Pan de ajo, Campero especial, o el clásico Atascaburras, los nombres de estas recetas van de lo tradicional a la vanguardia, todas explicadas con sencillez y clasificadas por categorías. Hay entrantes, primer o segundo plato, postres, arroces, mariscos, carnes, pasta. Además están segmentadas por el grado de dificultad de manera que los “cocinillas” como yo lo tengamos más fácil para aventurarnos en este peligroso mundo. Recomiendo a los más veteranos que aportéis vuestros trucos y recetas (incluidos los ingredientes secretos para preparar la tortilla de patatas que te contó tu abuela en su lecho de muerte). Y a los más inexpertos que aún no os atrevéis a experimentar entre fogones, os animo a que empecéis a jugar comenzando por el grado de dificultad menor, y con mucho cuidado y la compañía siempre de "algún adulto".
